  • Orders are typically processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment and order confirmation.
  • This processing time may vary in cases where an item is out of stock. Please contact us if you have a firm due-in-hands date.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

2.1 Shipping Methods:

  • We typically ship orders using the method that provides the best balance of cost vs. efficiency.  Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground, but some orders may be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage

2.2 Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on either the total sale price, or the weight of the items and the destination. The cost will be displayed during the checkout process before finalizing the purchase.
  • The shipping rates calculated on our website are valid for the CONTINTENTAL USA only.  Please contact us if shipping outside this zone is needed.

2.3 Delivery Estimates:

  • Our orders typically ship via ground from northeast Pennsylvania (Stroudsburg, PA 18360), and delivery times range from 1 to 6 days, depending on the distance the shipment must travel.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

3.1 Shipment Confirmation:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information.

3.2 Order Tracking:

  • You can track your order using the tracking information provided in the shipment confirmation email.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

4.1 International Shipping:

  • Please contact us if international shipping is needed, as our website shipping rates are only valid for orders shipped within the continental US.
  • For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. The recipient is responsible for paying these additional charges.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

5.1 Lost Packages:

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

5.2 Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for stolen packages. Please ensure that the delivery location is secure, and consider using a delivery address where someone will be present to receive the package.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Returns:

  • As many of our items are customized and/or printed on-demand, we do not typically allow products to be returned.  In the event that we make an exception to this policy and allow a return, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping, all returned items must be unopened and in like-new, sellable condition, and any credit or refund will be reduced by the original shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.
  • In the event that a product arrives damaged, please contact us so that we can resolve the issue.
