As a small retailer located in Pennsylvania, we are not required to charge sales tax on ordered shipped to other states. If you are not located in PA, you will not be charged sales tax.
If you’re located in PA, our system will automatically calculate sales tax unless you check the “I’m Tax Exempt” box during checkout. If this is your first order with us, we’ll follow up after receiving your order to obtain the proper paperwork for nonprofit/government exemption from state sales tax.
First, if there is any issue with a product we’ve supplied, please contact us so we can make it right – that’s our responsibility.
As many of our products are customized and/or printed on-demand, we do not permit returns of products that have been printed a fully assembled (essentially, any signage that has permanent vinyl labels applied).
We do permit return of blank products, hardware, or anything else that has not been printed, within 30 days from the date of delivery. In these cases, the customer is responsible to arrange and pay for return shipping. Once the return is received in like-new condition, we’ll issue a refund or credit for the order, minus the initial shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.
We’re happy to ship orders outside the continental US. Please save your order in a shopping cart and then contact us for an estimated shipping cost.

As many of our products are customized and/or printed on-demand, some time is required for production. Orders typically ship within 4-10 business days of being placed. Shipping times can vary based on the delivery location, as orders are shipped from our facility in Northeast Pennsylvania.
If you need your products in-hands by a certain date, please simply contact us. If we can rush production on your order we’re happy to do so (and we’ll do this at no additional cost).
