First, if there is any issue with a product we’ve supplied, please contact us so we can make it right – that’s our responsibility.
As many of our products are customized and/or printed on-demand, we do not permit returns of products that have been printed a fully assembled (essentially, any signage that has permanent vinyl labels applied).
We do permit return of blank products, hardware, or anything else that has not been printed, within 30 days from the date of delivery. In these cases, the customer is responsible to arrange and pay for return shipping. Once the return is received in like-new condition, we’ll issue a refund or credit for the order, minus the initial shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.
